Computer built on the basis of design by John von Neumann

The IAS (Institute for Advanced Study abbreviated) binary computer built on the basis of design by and under the direction of John von Neumann was completed on 10 June 1952. This machine is considered to be the world's first stored-programme digital computer. It performed arithmetic and logical operations by parallel and not serial computing, had vacuum tube memory and used one set of address.
