Didaktik Gama computer

The Didaktik Gama is one of the first Eastern European Sinclair clone, which was produced in Czechoslovakia. Its special feature was that it included an original Ferranti ULA chip, and 80 KB memory. (2 x 32 KB memory as well as 1 x 16 KB for the slower, graphics data and the video output).

It was produced in three versions: 

the Gama-87 in a black box,

the Gama-88 in a white box with several ZX Spectrum bug fixes,

and the Gama-89 further bug fixes and Cyrillic supported fonts.

All programs written for the ZX Spectrum could run on the Gama, too. A tape recorder could be connected as data storage.

Its manufacturing ceased in 1992.
