During the 20th century apart from the common Odhner-types several different types of full-keyboard mechanical calculators appeared as well; known producers were the Swedish Facit, and the German Brunsviga company too.
There were different types of electro-motor driven calculators, with connecting mechanical control programs.
In the later versions, the automatization of multiplication and division became possible as well.
In the middle of the 20th century the printing or accounting machines, with typewriters featuring special settings, became widespread as well.
